The Freedom Brand Saw-Toothed Skinning Knife is an excellent all around fur shed and game processing knife. In addition to the traditional skinning blade, on the reverse side it also features a serrated blade for working through joints and tendons. This high-quality knife features a 3 ¾" blade and has a finger groove handle that provides a comfortable grip and prevents slipping.
The Freedom Brand Saw-Toothed Skinning Knife is made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, and is HRC58 to HRC60 in hardness. This steel has good edge retention and is easy to sharpen.
