It is also often used as a fleshing tool and as a filet knife. This high-quality knife features a 4 1/2" blade and has a finger groove handle that provides a comfortable grip and prevents slipping.
The Freedom Brand Beaver Skinning Knife is made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, and is HRC58 to HRC60 in hardness. This steel has good edge retention and is easy to sharpen.
