I'm having trouble placing an order, what's the problem?

If you have ordered items but still get a screen saying you have not, most likely the cookies on your browser are disabled. This site needs to set cookies to track your order, and they are used only for that purpose. How to enable cookies is different for each browser. For Internet Explorer, go "Tools-->Internet Options-->Security" and make sure the slider bar is medium or below. Or, check your browser's "Help" file on how to enable cookies. Explanation of cookies
