Your satisfaction is very important to us. For your convenience we have provided a Return Merchandise Form that is located on your invoice copy. Completing this form and following the return procedures will help ensure quick processing of your returning merchandise. Damaged Merchandise:
- Please keep all wrapping materials including interior and exterior containers.
- Call one of our Customer Service Representatives toll free at 1-800-332-6968. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. C.S.T. Monday-Saturday or Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. to assist you.
- If your merchandise was damaged in shipping, call your local U.P.S. service to arrange for an inspection.
General Instructions:
- Complete the Return Merchandise Form enclosed in your package.
- Use the perforated Return Shipping Label (provided on your invoice) to address your package.
- Securely wrap and send your return prepaid via insured mail or U.P.S. (Sorry, we cannot accept: C.O.D or collect shipments.)
- Please allow approximately 2 weeks for us to process your exchange order.
