Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options listed below are based on the amount of time it takes for your order to get from our warehouse to
your chosen destination. Example: If you upgrade from Standard Shipping to Next Day Air, your package will be received the day after it leaves our warehouse.
It does not mean the day after you placed the order.
NOTE: Orders for Canada, Alaska and Hawaii - please call our customer service center at 1-800-332-6968 for your shipping rates.
No UPS ground shipping is available to these locations.

3-Day Air: $4.95 is added to the Standard Shipping and handling charges for 3-Day Air deliveries.
2-Day Air: $13.95 is added to the Standard Shipping and handling charges for 2-Day Air deliveries.
Next Day Air: $19.95 is added to the Standard Shipping and handling charges for Next Day Air deliveries.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. For your convenience we have provided a Return Merchandise Form that is located on your invoice copy. Completing this form and following the return procedures will help ensure quick processing of your returning merchandise. If you do not have your invoice handy and need a Return Merchandise Form please click here.
Damaged Merchandise:
- Please keep all wrapping materials including interior and exterior containers.
- Call one of our Customer Service Representatives toll free at 1-800-332-6968. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. C.S.T. Monday-Saturday or Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. to assist you.
- If your merchandise was damaged in shipping, call your local U.P.S. service to arrange for an inspection.
General Instructions:
- Complete the Return Merchandise Form enclosed in your package.
- Use the perforated Return Shipping Label (provided on your invoice) to address your package.
- Securely wrap and send your return prepaid via insured mail or U.P.S. (Sorry, we cannot accept: C.O.D or collect shipments.)
- Please allow approximately 2 weeks for us to process your exchange order.
