Foreign (outside USA) Freight charges will be applied after the order is processed and the actual shipping charge is determined. Customer will be contacted to approve the final freight charges before the order is shipped. NOTE: Special shipping promotions or discounts do not apply to foreign orders.
Weekend Orders If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday it is processed on Monday and typically shipped within 24 hours.

Super Saver Shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days form the time it ships, excluding personalized items, drop-ship items, and backordered items Using this option, the package usually delivers by USPS.
Priority Shipping Upgrade orders will usually process within 24 hours and will arrive within 3-5 business days from the time it ships, excluding personalized items, drop-ship items, and backordered items.
2-Day Express And Overnight Express Orders that are placed before 11:30 AM (cst) will ship the same day for in-stock Items. ONLY 2-DAY and OVERNIGHT shipping options are guaranteed on time delivery
Outside the USA, customers are responsible for additional duty charges.
Returns & Exchanges
If the item is damaged or defective, please call us immediately for instructions. Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims for defective items must be made within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect.
If the item shipped separately to you by our vendor (drop ship item), please call for instructions. Personalized, shipped separately, items are refunded in the form of a gift certificate equal to the original price paid or a merchandise exchange. These items have a 90 day return period.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any Nitelite purchase, simply return it within 90 days and we will promptly refund the item price, or replace the product free of charge. Returned items should be in original condition. Normal time to process your return is 10-14 days upon receipt of package.
When returning any part of your order, please print and complete this form and enclose with your shipment. Carefully secure the package and the merchandise to prevent damage in transit. When proof of purchase is not available, we refund the most recent price charged for the item in the form of a Gift Certificate. Send package to:

Gift wrapping is not refundable. We do not refund shipping or handling fees unless the return is a result of an error we made or if the item was damaged or defective.
